I have this same machine. I like to buy whole bean, medium roast. I have a OXO grinder, I set to 10/15 for coarseness. I find 34 grams of coffee beans and filling the water to six is perfect for me.
It looks amazing! You should try coffee from Movement Coffee Roasters. They are a very small business that purchases some of the best beans from indigenous people in Panama. I support them because they are supporting indigenous people and paying them a fair price. They have expanded to places like Columbia and Costa Rica. For a special cup, they would be my suggestion. 💝☕️
CONGRATULATIONS ! (Even though I voted for the apple red one tsk tsk tsk – now I see how this colour goes better with that green wall). Enjoy your coffee 💐
I LOVE THAT COFFEE MAKER. I have a huge graveyard of coffee makers and this one is so good quality that i have been using it for 5 years and not replaced it. The coffee is amazing and i grind my own beans too. Being in the UK people have never had such good coffee until coming our house.
This gives retro vibes. It looks exactly like the coffee machine my mother had in The Netherlands in the seventies or eighties. She bought it with savings coupons on coffee packs of Dutch coffee brand Douwe Egberts (now German or American). It took her a year saving coupons. It was a Dutch brand coffee machine from Techniform without the brand name, just the logo of the coffee company. It still worked when my mother died in 2021. Didn’t know they still made these.
I have never seen someone so excited for drip coffee 😅. Its kinda’like we’ve gone full circle. Expresso, ya no. French press, been there, done that. Pour over … just non electric drip, done that. Now back to our parents coffee 😂 But what we should really try going back to is percolated. Thats like the lava lamp of the coffee world. And then the mocha pot peeked in at some point maybe?

It brews coffee? So legitimate question here, what is the difference between this and a Mr coffee coffee coffee pot?

Watery American filter coffee? 🤦♀️
That's a beauty! You won't be disappointed, speaking from 4 years of experience.
Get a coffee grinder. Keep beans in freezer
A "cup" of coffee is 4oz

I’ve had one for 3 years. It’s a great machine.
I have this machine and love it. My tip: attach it to a smart plug and then schedule coffee to be made when you wake up.

That is some weak coffee! You do equal scoops coffee as water and maybe add 1 scoop extra for the coffee machine
How is adding water and coffee to a coffee maker a lot of work?

I’m so glad you picked this one! My favorite color and I love the retro vibe
Except this has nothing on Juan Valdez 😂😂😂

Eww too watery .. I prefer a strong shot in a cup of hot milk .. nothing brings out the flavour of coffee like milk can
This reminds me of a parenting joke: how long should baby bottle be boiled for sanitizing? 1st child: 20 min, 2nd : 5 min, 3rd + : why bother?
Now all that's left is a cast iron
(I did actually think the machine was cool)
So it's a filter coffe maker…?🤷♀️
American Italian ditches espresso for filter coffee…..criminal.
I love my Mocha Master too. Try Tanzanian Peaberry coffee.
Fun fact – a cup of coffee from that drip machine has more caffeine than than a double shot espresso (which is typical for a latte).
Oh nooooo I am gonna miss the espresso machine and trying different iced coffees and recording them. Its not the same 😢
