* 3 Tbsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
* 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
* 1/3 tsp Salt
* 500 ml Milk (must be room temperature or slightly warm)
* Approx. 230g All-Purpose Flour (equivalent to two 200ml cups, one packed, one partially filled)
* 3 Tbsp Odorless Vegetable Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
2. Add about 1/3 of the room temperature milk and whisk until sugar and salt are dissolved.
3. Sift the flour directly into the wet ingredients and whisk thoroughly until smooth.
4. Add the remaining milk in 2-3 stages, ensuring the batter remains smooth and lump-free.
5. Stir in the vegetable oil.
6. Heat a pan over medium/medium-high heat and lightly grease. Pour batter and swirl immediately to create a thin layer.
