    For the French toast:
    • 6 slices sandwich bread
    • 2 large eggs
    • 140–160 ml milk or light cream (10–20%)
    • 1–1½ tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt
    • 35–40 g butter (for frying)

    For the whipped chocolate filling:
    • 180–200 g Philadelphia Milka
    • 70–90 ml cold heavy cream (30–35%)

    Extra:
    • 1–2 bananas
    👩‍🍳 Instructions
    1️⃣ Make the custard
    Whisk eggs, milk (or light cream), sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
    Dip each slice for 8–12 seconds per side. Don’t oversoak.
    2️⃣ Fry
    Cook in butter over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized.
    3️⃣ Make the whipped chocolate cream
    1. Slightly soften the chocolate spread with a spatula.
    2. Add cold heavy cream.
    3. Whip for 1–2 minutes until soft peaks form.
    The texture should be airy and pipeable.
    4️⃣ Assemble
    Spread or pipe a thick layer of whipped chocolate cream.
    Add sliced bananas.
    Top with another slice (for sandwich style).
    Slice diagonally for the perfect creamy cross-section.
