My personal favorite New York-style bagel shop in Los Angeles just launched gourmet pizza bagels, and they’re the perfect nostalgic bite.
Founded by native New Jerseyan Emily Winston after she moved to the Bay Area and realized there were no good bagels to speak of, this spot kettle-boils and bakes all of their bagels fresh every day using a recipe that took five years to perfect.
Their new pizza bagels come in cheese or pepperoni with housemade sauce, mozzarella and romano cheese, and Italian seasoning plus an optional add-on of hot honey.
