Chef Mathieu Charois is the head chef of a restaurant in the heart of Lyon, a member of the Association du Tocques Blanches Lyonnaises, and has cooked for stars such as Sean Penn and Lady Gaga and in restaurants in Tahiti, Beirut, Marseille, London and alongside big names in the culinary world such as Michel Troisgro and Yannick Aleno.
Chef Charois was in Sofia for a special evening of French gastronomy.
