We find an amazing camp beside a flowing rainforest creek at the foot of the Border Ranges and cook up some of our best campfire meals.
After we arrive, we luckily get the awning set up before we have to bunker down for a brief rain shower. We continue our set up and get the fire going to try some fried halloumi (saganaki).
Afterwards, we head up to the rockpools for a quick dip to escape the heat.
When we get back to camp, we treat ourselves to an amazing A4 wagyu steak dinner. We have never had steak this good before.
The next day starts with a misty morning and a cup of tea by the fire and a delicious mushroom on toast breakfast.
Selah Valley Estate is nestled between the pristine rainforests of the Border Ranges and the Tweed Valley with views of Mount Warning in the distance.
It is primarily a farm stay offering boutique accommodation but also premium camping right beside Hidden Creek which meanders through the beautiful property.

Hi everyone, welcome to another camping adventure💚Hope you enjoy this one. We went all out with the steak, it's by far the best we've ever had. Let us know if there's anything better out there?
Hey another great video. Tucker looks delicious. Was surprised tho though you got a new Long Tall Sally old mate looks 10 years younger with a hair cut.
O also you guys are the reason me and the bride brought a Crosstrak
Nathan you look like a new man with your hair cut 👍🏼Koby more delicious food-ever thought of doing a PDF cook book as others have done. I would definitely buy one ❤
Keep going, even if the numbers are making you question yourself. Uploading for months (or years) and still feeling “stuck” can be one of the most emotionally draining things, because you’re not just posting videos, you’re putting out pieces of your creativity and getting silence back.
But here’s the truth: your channel isn’t “failing you.” It’s missing a clear promise. New viewers don’t subscribe when they’re confused. They subscribe when they instantly understand: who this channel is for, what they get, and why you’re the one to deliver it.
That’s what I help with. I work with creators to clarify their niche without boxing them in, shape their content into recognizable formats, and build a simple content plan that makes viewers return not just watch once. The goal is traction that compounds, not random spikes.
You don’t need to change who you are. You need your channel to communicate you better fast.
If you want, I can map a clear direction for your next 10 uploads based on what’s already working in your niche. Want me to? Are you in?
What a beautiful spot to park up for a couple of nights. Another place to add to my "one day" list.
Thanks. Your quiet videos continue to be a delight.
Always look forward to your videos. Love the new haircut Nathan 👍
