Make these delicious Tartes Provençales, Rosemary & Boursin shortbreads topped with caramelised beetroots, whipped Boursin & lavender honey. These shortbreads are also so delicious on their own! Bon appétit ! For 15 mini tartes – 4/5cm round For the shortbread: * 175g of plain flour * 50g Boursin Garlic & Herbs * 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary * 1/4 tsp salt * 110g salted butter, cubed at room temperature Alternatively, you can buy ready-made shortcrust pastry.
