***RECIPE: Quick Pain Perdu (French Toast)***

**Ingredients:**
1 large Egg
Pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar (Use aromatic herbs for savory version)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar (optional, recommended for sweet version)
100 milliliters Milk
