Save this for the nights you cbf cooking but still want a delicious dinner.
Ingredients
125g x Egg Pasta
1 cup x Stock
1/2 packet x French Onion Soup Mix
Onion
Mushrooms
1 Cup x Heavy Cream
½ cup x Parmesan Cheese, grated
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Optional: Fresh Parsley, to serve
Method
1. Add pasta, cream, stock, mushrooms, onion, and French onion soup mix to a large pan.
2. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and cook until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has absorbed (about 8–10 mins).
3. Remove from heat and mix in parmesan.
4. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley and more parmesan if using.
