Mediterraneanian cooking is golden standard for a reason… Hits your macros no problem and keeps you healthy and full even with snacking… Greek yogurt and all the macro full combinations person can eat till the brim and always be at goal weight… You do you of course but I would like to do as nutrition experts suggest … Works the best for me and my family
