  1. Pro move you tuck /fold the wing tips so its looks like a triangle. It will fry up evenly in the oil and retains moisture. My grandmother always fried whole wings and thats what she taught me.

  2. Double dipping gives you too much breading and holds oil….Season chicken and flour then coat and shake off excess…..perfectly coated and crispy every time!
