🛒 INGREDIENTS (Makes 4 servings):
Bread: 4 slices of toast bread (Whole wheat recommended)
Sweet Italian Pepper: 1 medium (we need 4 rings + diced leftovers)
Eggs: 4 large (separate yolks and whites)
Cheese: 3 oz (80g) – Gouda or Mozzarella
Canned Tuna: 1 small can (drain the oil/liquid)
Olives: ~10 pitted black olives
Green Onions / Leek: Small bunch
Spices: Salt, Provence Herbs (Thyme, Basil, Rosemary)
Sauce: A bit of Ketchup
Garnish: Fresh Parsley

🔥 COOKING SETTINGS:
First Bake: 320°F (160°C) for 10 minutes.
