Bojangle’s has been making great tasting chicken , biscuits , sides , and yes breakfast for years ! They started in the South and have slowly been moving across the country. This one is located in Las Vegas on South Rainbow. I’ve been here a few times since they opened and this video was done in February 2025 and I realized I hadn’t uploaded till now. It is still relevant since the menu is what they serve at this location and anywhere West of the Mississippi River.
Unfortunately some of the menu items are not available in the West locations as are in the South , which is very disappointing. First and foremost is NO BONE IN CHICKEN ! So many people have complained about this one and yes I’m included. I love a Cajun Chicken Breast . I didn’t come here for some chicken tenders. I want some Southern Fried Chicken. Also no Cajun Chicken Biscuit for Breakfast , they have a Chicken Biscuit , but not the Cajun Chicken Biscuit which of course is the Spicy version. They do have Bo-Berry Biscuits , which if they didn’t it would be a riot. Bo-Tato Rounds which are like Onion Rings and Hashbrowns mixed together which are delicious dipped in the Jalapeno Ranch Sauce.
They are jumping on the chicken tender trend like Cane’s , Zaxby’s , and others. This is not the way to go in my opinion and others are saying the same thing. I thought they were going to come to Vegas and blow Popeye’s out of the water . I don’t know how KFC even stays in business. Dirty Rice is really good , Biscuits are perfect balance of butter tasting and not hard like other places. Chicken Sandwich is better than Popeye’s , but they were skimpy on the mayo , so I had to add some Duke’s Mayonnaise , which of course is made in Greenville , South Carolina and is the best on the planet. Bo-Berry Cookies will knock your socks off. Sweet Tea is on point. They are missing Cheerwine which is a Cherry Soda from North Carolina that is in many of the stores in the South. They do have Lemonade and Soda of course.
They also do salads , mac-n-cheese , coleslaw , french fries , cold coffee. Sausage and Egg Biscuit is really good and I like to get a side of gravy to dip it in or you can go traditional biscuits and gravy. Peach Cobbler is not good in my opinion and I love peach cobbler , but not theirs. I will go here for breakfast , but just not interested in going here for Lunch or Dinner unless I’m at a Southern Location like North Carolina or South Carolina , like Myrtle Beach.
