A brand-new French restaurant has just opened in Las Vegas, and we went for brunch.
French food in Vegas usually comes with high prices and stiff vibes—but this place takes a very different approach. It’s comfortable, approachable, and focused on food that’s meant to be enjoyed, not overthought. The kind of brunch that feels indulgent without feeling intimidating.
In this episode of Let’s Eat Vegas, we visit a grand-opening French restaurant to see if it lives up to the promise. From classic brunch staples to thoughtful French touches, we break down what works, what doesn’t, and whether this new spot is worth adding to your rotation.
And if you stick around to the end, the restaurant has a special offer just for our viewers.
Welcome to Let’s Eat Vegas—your guide to the Good, the Bad, and the Delicious. I’m a former chef and restaurant owner who tell it like it is.

We went opening week to see how this new French restaurant handles brunch—and there’s a special offer for our viewers at the end of the video.
Would you try brunch here during the grand opening, or wait until the buzz settles? 👀

That steak leaves something to be desired. I know its a grand opening but they need to nail that steak dish. Im assuming its one of the most expensive dishes on the menu.
Eggs poached. Salad well dressed.
I Iike my salads like my women: barely dressed lol.
GREAT VIDEO……I LOVE FRENCH FOOD…..WHEN I HAVE A SALAD….I LIKE A LOT OF DRESSING…..LOVED YOUR RARE STEAK…..YOU ARE THE GOAT OF NARRATION…..I COULD LISTEN TO YOU FOR HOURS DESCRIBE FOOD….KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK…YOUR FRIEND DANNY FROM HENDERSON…..
Omg!!!! It's raw!!!!!?? Lol
I love over medium
Hi, loved watching. But what is french about that menu? The french press? I like my salad medium sauced. I usually make my own dressing but always have a bottle of Girards lite champagne in the frig. The chicken and waffles looked void of syrup, I don't appreciate the berries on it, but that's me. I loved the pancakes. I probably would not go there. Sorry! Karla in Ca.
Lightly dressed if vinegar is involved. Don't like coughing on inhale. Creamy dressings, bring it on!😂
I LOVE a Croque Madam!
Bold Flavor on salads for me.
Hyped video. That steak was still mooing for my taste. The food looked really good. Ty for the review.😊
Your voice narrative is mesmerizing, a nice storytelling. Thank you for a great video.
Honestly, the only two items that were remotely French were the creme brule and the hollandaise. It was NOT French food.
I like my salads heavily dressed. I love the flavor of salad dressings. It makes the salad for me.
Overdressed is by definition OVER dressed. It should be just right, not dripping, not dry. In general I would say it is better to be under dressed and then get some additional dressing on the side, hard to undo overdressed.
Those eggs are perfect "dippy eggs!" That's Pittsburghese for over-medium.
If I was standing next to you on the line, I'd tell you, "you don't have to say ham is 'pork forward. It's f'ckin ham."
I like my salad like I like my women: undressed.
Thanks chef!
$21 for your first dish was a rip off. Strip prices for an off strip property.
I need to try this place . And from the google reviews ; looks all positive
❤❤❤
Unfortunately I am not impressed with this eating establishment. Firstly the steak was cooked wrong twice, which is unacceptable for any kitchen that has a thermometer to double check the second time, but my bigger issue is that it is not actually a French restaurant when only 25% of this dishes are French; with those being an obvious selection of dishes chosen to make it seem French as well ( I looked at the whole menu online ).
It's like an American restaurant serving fish and chips, shepherds pie ( wrongly with beef ) bangers and mash and calling it an English restaurant.
I like my dressing with some salad!! Pancakes n French toast looked nice I myself would just ask for extra syrup on the side . Oh and butter, soft . Vegas breakfast joints have a habit of serving butter packets that you can hurt some one wirh across the room …
