    2 cups grape tomatoes
    3 tbsp olive oil
    4 sprigs fresh thyme
    2 cloves garlic
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp pepper
    1 French baguette sliced
    4 oz burrata
    ¼ cup sliced basil
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    Preheat the oven to 350 F.
    Add the tomatoes to an oven safe pan.
    Add 1 tbsp oil, thyme, salt pepper and garlic to the pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes until the tomatoes blister.
    After you put the tomatoes in the oven, spread the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    Brush the remaining oil on the baguettes evenly.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy with the tomatoes.
    Mash the garlic cloves, add basil, balsamic and mix with the tomatoes.
    Add the burrata to the center of a plate.
    Surround the plate with tomatoes and toasted baguette.
    Make your own bruschetta by topping a slice of baguette with burrata and tomatoes.
