Preheat oven to 350°.
Flatten 2 chicken thighs and place 2 slices of Swiss cheese and 1 slice of ham in the middle, but off a little. Roll them up and secure with toothpicks. In a pie pan, beat 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of Lawry’s seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and 3/4 cup of flour. Once smooth, coat the chicken thighs in the batter and then roll in 1 cup of bread crumbs until coated. In a saute pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once browned on all sides, remove to a pan and bake for 25 minutes or until done. In a cleaned saute pan, make a roux with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of flour. Next, add 1/2 cup of milk along with 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 chicken bouillon cube crushed. Whisk until smooth and thick. Lastly, add 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Remove from the heat. Slice the cooked chicken and plate it. Drizzle the sauce over the top and garnish with parsley.

Outstanding version of Chicken Cordon Blleu. I love the rustic, homemade look and the mornay sauce is a nice addition. Appreciate having really nice background music and close ups of what you are doing. A great teaching video. Thank you sir for all of your work.
