We’re using 73/27 ground beef for maximum flavor and cooking them on the Presto 7072 XL Griddle to get that perfect, edge-to-edge sear. This isn’t just a burger; it’s a flavor-packed experience.

The secret? A touch of mayo for the perfect Maillard reaction (browning) and a chilling step that ensures these high-fat patties stay together and stay juicy.

2 lbs Ground Beef (73/27)

2 tbsp Mayo (The secret for browning!)

2 packets French Onion Soup Mix

2 tsp Grated Onion

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Garlic Powder & Black Pepper
