Hotel barge Delfine is a beautifully restored boutique barge built in 1907 and fully refurbished by owners Karina Rook and Tim Bull to luxurious standards in autumn 2025, designed to welcome up to four guests for an unforgettable cruising experience through the tranquil canals and rivers of Flanders, Belgium.

Aboard Delfine you’ll find air-conditioned comfort, elegant styling, and thoughtful touches throughout, including two spacious ensuite cabins, a light-filled salon and dining area, plus a sun deck with fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars.

Your cruise is enhanced by a private chef serving gourmet cuisine inspired by Belgian and regional flavours, an open bar stocked with drinks, craft beers, artisan chocolates and local delicacies, and even onboard e-bikes for exploring the scenic tow-paths and countryside.
