  1. Homemade Turkey Gravy ⤵️
    1/4 cup butter
    3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup turkey drippings, fat removed
    1 cup bone broth
    Black pepper, to taste

    1. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
    2. Add the flour and whisk for 1 minute to form a roux.
    3. Add the drippings & continue to whisk until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
    4. Add the broth & continue to whisk until a gravy forms. Add additional broth, if needed, until preferred consistency is achieved.
    5. Season with black pepper (and/or additional seasonings of choice).
    6. Serve immediately.

  2. Oh how nice it must be to be able to make a roux. Mine ends up looking like a chunky nightmare 😂 I gave up a long time ago. Family's getting McCormick gravy lol

  5. Make the stock from the giblets and neck the day before and leave in the fridge overnight. Add 6 peppercorns in the stock pot alongside the veg and aromatics. Use said stock to make the gravy. That is not enough gravy! Use that fat you drained off in the rue instead of butter. Add the butter after to make it extra glossy. Add redcurrant jelly or cranberry for a sweet touch.

  6. That gravy is terrible she ain't season that turkey at all.

Y'all really be out here lying to these people. Lol
