even looks simple, extracting arabica specialty coffee using French Press need to manage Properly:
1. coffee – water Ratio
2. grind size
3. water temperature use
4. imersion/ stepping time
since arabica specialty usually process naturally and light-medium roasted, then:
1. use smaller grind size but still biger than french press filter mesh size
2. use higher temperatur, especially when using full stainless french press that will absorb heat while stepping
3. use smaller coffe-ratio if you prefer bold aromatic yield
