  1. Bravo Jamie. This one is a winner… had to go back 7 years but this one was picked up recently by other chefs and shown as the current best example of how to make a gormet but traditional PROPER grilled cheese. Looks amazing. Gonna have to try this one myself.

  3. What I like about your take on this compared to gordon’s is you added a creative flair to it to make it your own, with the cheese crown, but you still kept it simple and true to its core, it’s still a grilled cheese, just a really nice one

  4. Please don't use sealed bottles for the weight, exploding bottles are dangerous and make an unbelievable mess……..everywhere, pan, floor, windows, ceiling, you the dog…etc

  5. There's black pepper, garlic and onion in this world. Use at least one of them to make ist even better. Use all three to make it world class

  6. WARNING: Do not watch this while hungover.

    I hit it hard last night. Before the halfway point I had to get up and toss my cookies.

    It's going to be another year before I can stomach a grilled cheese sandwich again.

  7. Always put the chesse sandwich on an open slotted grill. Laying the sandwich flat creates steam and will make the bread soft instead of crispy.
