We challenged chefs of three different skill levels – an amateur, a home cook, and a professional – to prepare a salmon dish of their choice. After each of them had offered up their creation, we asked a food scientist to review their work. Which salmon looks the most slammin’?

  1. bro why she mentioning pinterest every half pico second like idc what you read about olive oil just cook something that looks good

  2. I feel like Lorenzo could be a level 3, but he’s just not “fancy” enough. He’s got level 3 skillz, but homecook vibes. And I’m here for it!

  3. Simple hack for cutting (lots of) cherry tomato’s: place them under the lid of the package and then cut underneath the lid while your hand is pressing on the lid.

Same idea, but you use the lid of the package as a safe guard. Hope it helps 😊👍

  4. These Level 1 chefs are actors. There's no way any amateur had this confidence and wit. Also, she's pretty. Also, she says she cut her finger and she clearly did not. ————————> Actress.

  5. Anyone who knows how to cook doesn't need all these… we have different taste buds. Just make it simple, chefs at times make easy recipes look unnecessarily complicated. 😢

  6. Frank doesn't use a fishing rod …he hand catches then lullabys the fish to sleep for the most flavor 😂❤❤ love frank hes awesome

  7. Put a tupperware lid (or small cutting board) on top of the cherry tomatoes to hold them in place with one hand, then use you other hand to cut parallel to the lid and the counter through a few dozen tomatoes at once.

  8. What a disaster.

Lorenzo is clearly a level 1 chef.

I’m also really disappointed in Rose for not mentioning the health hazard of an aluminum wok. It straight up dangerous for your health.

Shame on Epicurious for putting out such a misleading video.
