I was having a lot of trouble with the mayo breaking. The emulsion of the eggs before adding the oil makes this a lot easier for me. Thank you for sharing!
I've made alot of mayo since 1974, but as much as I like garlic, I only put it in mayo once, realizing it was a mistake..if somebody wants garlic, they can put it on their own food.
Only an American would put sugar in this.
Better: egg yolks (only), splash of lemon juice/vingear, salt, whip in your oil slowly.

I used Trader Joe’s EVO and it taste HORRIBLE 🤢 I would definitely recommend a lighter olive oil or avocado oil if you’re gonna be using 2 whole cups

Use mayo instead of egg wash for your grilled cheese outside it's egg seasoning and oil all you need spreadable for quick one off grill food
