Didn't turn out the way it was supposed to but ended up making white Blanco cheese and surprisingly it was actually really good (didn't turn yellow orangish)
Yo does it work with other cheese ? In my country, american cheese is pretty expensive

It would be amazing with Tilamook cheddar cheese 🥰🥰

Love the not so veiled seperation innuendo. Smith needs to move on, even big oil is.
"processed American cheese" – the death knell for any dish. Rule no 1 – use real cheese. Which is pretty much anything non-American

just dump that whole jar jalapeno in the pan more spicy
pickled jalapeño juice is genius
Even better would be to use some good quality aged semi soft cheese and some sodium citrate, or at least some American mixed in which has enough emulsifiers to help cheddar, Gouda, Bleu, or any other good cheese along. You’re welcome.
Beavis and Butthead will love this since they love nachos
Can I use Velveeta cheese?
How long does it keep?
❤
Use cheddar instead of processed "cheese". Roast some poblabo chilis, peel them and chop them up and add them
Idkkkk he might have put a hair in it. This looks really good il have to try it
Just use sodium citrate, your cheese of choice and evaporated milk
