I've watched about 6 different videos tonight, & when I make my mom's yearly bday plan in a couple days this time I'm going to only use the yolks! A number of videos says it improves the texture a lot! Anybody else? Also, one used about 3/4 of a cream cheese block..& one added a little bit of salt! 👀👀🤔 Let me know y'alls tricks plz & thx!😊

INGREDIENTS
4 Whole Eggs
1 ½ cups Evaporated Milk (1 can)
12 oz Sweet Condensed Milk (1 can)
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake in the Oven at 325 degrees F for 50min
Why does flan get crumbly and not smooth ??sometimes I buy it from bakeries and the texture is absolutely nasty when I do… Before I try this recipe I want to know common mistakes to prevent the texture from being weird
