Mirabeau Pure is a Côtes de Provence Rosé wine made from Grenache (60%) and Syrah (40%) grapes gorwn on a vineyard site at 300-400m altitude in South Eastern part of France.
The soil here is made of Clay and limestone, while Mirabeau uses Certified Sustainable viticulture yielding 50-55hl per hectare.

WINERY’S TASTING NOTES: An ethereal pale-pink colour with silver
reflections, this wine honours its name with beautiful clarity and a beguiling nose of citrus, grapefruit and a hint of lychee.
Mirabeau Pure’s hallmark is a pronounced mineral structure enveloped by elegant wild strawberry and citrus flavours, with a refreshing and refined character. A lingering, beautiful finish will leave you wanting a second glass of this perfect example of good winemaking from Provence.
