We challenged chefs of three different skill levels – amateur Emily, home cook Rinku, and executive chef Ayesha Nurdjaja of Shuka Restaurant in New York City – to toast us up their favorite flatbread recipe. Once each level of chef had finished and tasted their final product, we asked food scientist Rose to explain their choices from an expert’s perspective. Which flatbread are you reaching for first?

Rinku's dishes are always so beautiful!!!!
I need another mom and that mom is Rinku
I love that the level 1 chefs are always so corny
as a turkish person her saying lahmacun as lackmahjun actually killed me
My mother's potato parathas are my favourite dish. She makes them by mixing the potato preparation with the dough and the parathas turn out so soft and tasty
As a middle eastern I am shocked. She really tried to recreate Lahmacum, but man o man it is so wrong in many ways. I doesn't look appetizing
Emily just got off work at bunnings!
Look loki level 2 have a voice of ….. a child?!?
indian lady talks in slow motion
When they say 3 generations, amongst Indians it sounds so funny
I LOVE how the colors in the food are important to Rinku
Rinku is adorable and gives me the best vibes ever
I looooovvvveeee ayesha’s vibeeeeee she’s amazing
First time ever the level 3 chef's option is less cumbersome than the other 2 levels.
I prefer Rosemary as the food scientist rather than the blonde
You might think germans eat a lot of sausage or something like that but nope. Lahmacun and Döner Kebab are an everyday dish and everyone I know loves either one or the second ^^
Rinku 😍😍😍 love her so much
Emily should be upgraded to lvl 2.5 chef
EMILY NEEDS TO GRADUATE TO LEVEL 2
I enjoy chef #2 voice it is so calming
Parathas are so good, but they're not exactly what we normally think of as "flatbread" in America. It would've be cool to have a 4 levels episode specifically focusing on parathas! Actually the same thing could be said for the dish that the level 3 chef made in this video as well. These all look really good though!
I am at Emily, i strive to make either Rinku or Ayesha, looks SO GOOD!!!

I love the level 2 cook, she's fantastic!
Level 0 chef..I use a tortilla wrap..
On this episode, I would make the chef's recipe with the exception of the lamb. I would use vegetarian meat instead.
Rinku is the true Indian chef on the channel… She mixed the dough with her hands.
I love Rinku! ❤ she’s the Indian Julia Child
So happy to see an Armenian dish featured 😊
I would marry any of these 3 women
No cheese flatbreads 😢
