– 2 pkg PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
– 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
– 3 pkg. (8oz. each) Fresh Mushrooms
– 1 pkt. (0.7oz.) Italian Dressing Mix
– 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
– 2 Tbsp. Minced Onions
– 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
– 1 pkg. (6oz.) Stuffing Mix
– 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
– 1/8 tsp. Ground Red Pepper (cayenne)

Cream cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Basil
Thyme
Rosemary
Parmesan (REAL parmesan. Not that cellulose crap)
Mozzarella
Sometimes I squish a cherry tomato on top then cover with cheese and bake.
Mix it all together and stuff the mushrooms. The top with mozzarella and parmesan and bake until the tops are brown. I don’t actually use measurements lol. I just eyeball it. They always turn out the same. I’d say add 1.5 tbsp to 8 ounces of cream cheese, then sing the rest to taste. Remember you can always add more, but you can’t take any out. So start reasonable. My friend was just telling me about there stuffed mushrooms which is why I looked up this video. This recipe definitely sounds pretty good too.

Forget what she says. Wash those dirty mushrooms under water. They are NOT like sponges and THEY DO NOT absorb much water at all. It seems someone told chefs this and they keep mindlessly repeating this nonsense without ever checking it out. Got everybody eating these dirty ass mushrooms.

Mushrooms do not absorb much water. The trick is wash them before you remove stem ! This helps not to absorb too much water. You have to wash mushrooms they are grown in shit !!!
