Did anyone catch the name of the cafe near the end of the video (the owner who was trained at Le Cordon Bleu and worked at the French Laundry). I'm always interested in chefs who are classically trained and open casual restaurants with comfort food.
I love Mexican culture and food, nothing beats it. Even Italian food doesn't hit hard like Tacos, posole, tamales, burritos, carnitas, sopes, albondigas, delicious quesadillas, even Mexican seafood is the best!
