I enjoy my French press also, and sometimes get the amount of ground beans correct, sometimes not. I'm going to try your method with the smaller spoon, and your measurement. Truly is a simple pleasure, like you said!

I don’t drink coffee. But my husband drinks instant coffee. We have a Nespresso, I bought for when people come to visit. And my husband won’t use it. I just bought a whole bunch of coffee and got one sleeve free. And he still won’t use it. So when my daughter and son in law come in a few weeks. They can drink the new coffee. And then my husband may drink some too.
