3-4 Yellow Onions
3 tbsp Butter & Olive Oil
3-4 cloves Garlic
1/Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
Approx 1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 cup White Wine (or sub broth + a splash of vinegar)
4 cups Beef or Mushroom Broth
1 lb. Pasta (I used spaghetti)
My Twist: A big handful of Cherry Tomatoes & a heap of Parmesan cheese!
Parsley for garnish
