  1. Mine left the bread too airy but it was from the first days of bread machines. Now I need therapy so I knead my dough by hand and it’s free therapy 🤣🤣🤣

  2. Your didn't put ìn any salt. You must have used salted butter. Why didn't it inhibit the yeast growth like granular salt would?

    Something to look into.
