A cozy treat perfect for dinner or impressing
guests! Creamy melted cheese with sweet figs and

Ingredients:
• Coulommiers cheese: 300 g (10.5 oz)
• Fresh figs: 5 (cut into quarters)
• Olive oil: 1 tsp
• Honey: 1 tbsp (floral or lavender for extra flavor)
• Fresh thyme: 2-3 sprigs
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
2) Slice off the top of the Coulommiers, keeping it
in its box.
3) Arrange quartered figs on top, add thyme sprigs.
4) Drizzle with olive oil.
5) Bake for 10-12 minutes until soft and slightly
golden.
6) Serve hot with crusty baguette or fresh bread
slices.
Tips:
• Swap Coulommiers with Camembert or Brie if
you like!
• Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar before serving
for a tangy kick.
