We’re back at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World to try every single new item on the just-updated menu! This beloved dining experience in Fantasyland has rolled out a full menu refresh, and we’re diving into it all—appetizers, entrées, and desserts—inside Beast’s iconic castle from Beauty and the Beast.
In this video, we give you a full look at each of the brand-new dishes, including:
•French Onion Soup au Gratin – A rich beef broth with sherry wine and melted Swiss cheese
•Mixed Greens Salad (Plant-Based) – Fresh tomato, cucumber, and Dijon vinaigrette
•Endive and Walnut Salad – Roquefort cheese, green apple, radicchio, and champagne vinaigrette
•Steak Frites – Slow-roasted butcher’s steak with house-cut French fries and a red wine sauce
•Pan-Roasted Arctic Char – Served with roasted potatoes, charred tomatoes, shaved fennel, and citrus-caper brown butter
•Poulet Rouge Chicken – Roasted potatoes, stewed pepper pipérade, and sweet corn velouté
•Crème Brûlée Tart – Orange custard with passion fruit meringue and chantilly cream
•Blooming Rose – Chocolate cake topped with The Grey Stuff

I really miss the lunch menu. They had before Covid.
Mama Goo worked some magic with the key. Maurice is the name of the baker. Have been lucky enough to eat their twice, but had escargo and the filet. I truly loved this restaurant even though it's overpriced and needs Belle to join the Beast! Another great video and review! The food is free, you pay to be in Beast's presence
They raised the price and then substituted the French cheese with Swiss cheese? An interesting decision! Looks like a fun place and theme!
Be Our Guest is pretty decent! The Beast coming out is a pretty magical experience and is something a lot of people can remember!

Not only is the gray stuff plant-based, but it is also gluten free as is the rose dessert! That’s exciting for us GF friends. With that being said, I do miss the old menus. Lunch was excellent and much cheaper. Like the Grand Floridian Cafe, I think the food options were better pre-Covid. Thank you for a great review though!

Been a long time since I dined there, back when it was on the dining plan & had breakfast. It was so awesome Mama Goo had that experience! In the movie, the baker did not have a name, but he did call out to someone named Marie. It is so beautiful in there, thanks so much for this review.
