This dish is popular in Peru and on the menu at most Peruvian restaurants. It’s a Latin inspired recipe with Asian, specifically Japanese, inspired ingredients. The main ingredients are thinly sliced fried pieces of beef mixed with chopped garlic, fresh slices of tomato, red onion, French fries, and steamed rice. Everyghingbis pre-seasoned with salt and pepper and tossed in a soy balsamic vinaigrette. There are many different versions of this recipe. It can even be served and tossed with Fettuccini instead of rice.
