Hello friends! Want to make gourmet French fries at home? Let me tell you how:
Start by peeling 3–4 large russet potatoes and cutting them into thin, even sticks. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch — this is the secret to crispiness.
Drain and pat them completely dry with a clean towel.

Now, heat oil in a deep pan to 300°F or 150°C. Fry the potatoes in small batches for 4 to 5 minutes until soft but not golden.
Take them out and let them rest on paper towels.

Next, increase the oil temperature to 375°F or 190°C. Fry the potatoes again until golden brown and super crispy — about 2 to 3 minutes.

As soon as they’re out, toss the hot fries with sea salt, crushed black pepper, freshly grated parmesan, and a sprinkle of herbs like rosemary or parsley.

For that gourmet finish, serve them with garlic aioli, truffle mayo, or chipotle ketchup.

That’s it! Delicious, crispy, golden French fries — just like the ones at fancy restaurants. Try it and let me know how it turned out!” 🍟✨
