Pan-Fried French Toast with Caramel & Blueberries
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, salt, sugar
Dip brioche, pan-fry golden
Make caramel sauce, drizzle on top
Add fresh blueberries or jam
Baked Cinnamon Roll-Ups with Raspberries
Flatten brioche, sprinkle cinnamon sugar
Add raspberries, roll up
Drizzle egg mix, bake until golden
Top with fresh raspberries
