  2. I heat the pan with oil until it’s just about smoking. I crack in the egg, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Then, I turn off the heat and cover it with a lid until cooked.

  10. Using both butter and oil??? I've never seen anyone adding rosemary to their eggs but the 3rd method is how everyone does their eggs in spain, so i'm just confused haha i thought that's how everyone made them

  11. Ass a Pinoy kid with no effort other than wanting to be an Philippine military, and we don't have butter so my mother and I use mantika AKA cooking oil

  12. Or put a lid on your pan and the oil condenses and reaches the yolk. Oil doesnt splash anywhere and yolk stays runny

  13. Not a fan of fried eggs, that butter n oil increases the calories unnecessarily…just boil it n eat it 😂
