But the Grilled Cheese Comfort On Crack—three melty cheeses between brioche with a torched brown-butter crust—stole the show.

The Pollo Pastor’s smoky, melt-in-your-mouth chicken thigh was next-level flavour, and the Smokin’ Sweet German served in a Berliner bun (yes, doughnut style!) blew my mind.

Desserts are equally epic: a French-toast crowned with chocolate and mascarpone mousse, plus a decadent Midnight Ganache Tart.

And drinks? The Crema Dolce (espresso meets mascarpone and condensed milk) is now my go-to hot coffee in Bangalore, while Minted Mocha and Espresso Bloom are summer-perfect pick-me-ups.
