Always best to just do it off the cuff. Even though places might claim to serve the same to you when they know you're filming, I never really believe that. While having the banter with the owners/servers is good at times. It can cloud what they serve you. That said that fish and chips looked soooo tasty. Really cheap chips and lots of them for a small portion, cheap sauces also. Expensive fish, but it was large, so worth the price. Doing the super secret Ninja at the start was so funny though. But if ye if don't want to be recognised ye will have to stop doing reviews in your hometown. Thanks for another great review and the craic.

I've walked past there many times but never actually been in. That fish did too amazing to be fair. May have to give it a go when I'm around that tea again!

If you want to do "secret reviews" in the future you need a faceless 3rd party to go in on your behalf for one thing.
Secondly, the actual review felt forced to me – far too much like an advert for vegan "meat": "ooh its yummy!" (not paraphrasing, but guaranteed, anything vegan is "yummy!").
Perhaps (overall) for this kind of thing in your area, you might actually be better reviewing it as a delivered takeout? – though Martin will have to get the tip for the delivery guy with his hand glued wallet and blow up unicorn!
…people would pay to see that!
