May ibang employers, maiksi ang pasensya sa kanilang mga empleyado. But Chef RV is patient enough, and chose to enhance the potential of his employees. Kaya ibinabalik din ang suporta at tiwala ng mga empleyado nya, at mga tao sa kanya.. At the same time, may compassion sya maging sa pag unlad ng mga nag aaspire maging entrepreneurs.
