I have a very similar French press but I have no idea how much coffee and water I should use. It comes with the same spoon I think your using so how many scoops of that with how much water should I use?
WHAT is your favourite brew for the cafetière? And do you feel the gooseneck kettle is better?? Or do you feel it's best for specific things? (Dying to know what brew of coffee is in there, my nostrils are flaring! LOL 🤣 )
Do you guys out there think 1 TBSP per 4 oz of hot water is a good ratio? What about 4 minutes brew instead of 7 minutes? This video needs a little help and so do I l😂

Is 7 minutes too long? Most videos I have seen recommend 4 minutes.
I use a metal burr grinder on fresh beans. 4 minute seep in water just below boiling. Mmmmmmmm
