Ingredients:
500g Peeled & Thinly Sliced Potatoes (crinkle cut or thinly cut using a mandolin slicer)
Ice Bath (combine water + ice in a bowl & soak to help remove extra starch & make it crunchier)
White Vinegar
2 Tsp Salt
Avocado Oil Spray
Flakey Sea Salt

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The potatoes used in this recipe are called “Carisma Potatoes” which naturally have 25% less carbs compared to regular potatoes resulting in fewer calories but can be substituted for russet potatoes, sweet potatoes etc.

COOKING TIMES:
Air Fry = 200C / 400F For 10 – 15 Minutes (flip halfway)
Microwave = 8 – 10 Minutes (place slices on a plate with baking paper & flip halfway)
Oven Bake = 200C / 400F For 15 – 20 Minutes (flip halfway)

    Also, you won't find any potato less than 70 calories per 100g. I don't know where you got your 248 calorie figure, but it's absolutely incorrect.
