Ingredients:
1. Three large fresh eggs for each recipe
2. Unsalted butter
3. Salt
4. Fresh herbs for garnish, I use Chives

To make French-style scrambled eggs, we’ll begin by whisking our eggs with a pinch of salt. I am using a stick blender for extra creamy twist. Once the eggs are done whisking/blending, can use a chinois to make sure there are no clumps. In a nonstick wok, we’ll add a knob of butter over low heat. Then, we’ll add our eggs and continuously whisk with a wok proof whisk. Keep whisking for a couple minutes. As the eggs begin to form small curds, we’ll remove them from the heat. The result? Silky, velvety scrambled eggs. Sprinkle some fresh herbs like chives or parsley on top for that extra touch of French elegance.
