In a bowl,
2 lb bag frozen hash browns
1 container French onion dip
1 can cream of chicken soup
Green onion
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix and put in tray dish
Add cheese to top
Crushed up sour cream chips
1/2 stick melted butter pour over top
350 for 45 minutes
