I LOVE sneaking vegetables into meals and this vibrant fresh and creamy green sauce is loaded with vegetables and works SO PERFECTLY with the golden crispy and delicious chilli nori-crusted tofu made using @clearspringuk Organic Seaveg Crispies [ad] adding tons of goodness 🌊

I love crushing up the chilli Seaveg Crispies to coat the tofu and add some extra to the bowl and they are now plastic-free without the tray (set to save 17.5 tonnes of plastic) and are SO tasty as a snack or to up your noodle game 🥰
