Better yet, heavy duty aluminum foil two to three layers. Mold foil into cooking pan shape with 3 1/2 to 4 inch sides. Add in a good blob of butter and add on chopped up any kind of onions, purple, white, or yellow, it makes no difference. Scale the salmon because it never is, they just don’t have the time or want the ness to do it for you. Let butter melt in with the onions on the outdoor charcoal or Turbo 4-burner barbecue grill. When hot, gently lay in the Salmon skin side down. Immediately baste. In a few minutes baste again. Salt and pepper if desired. In a few minutes use large metal spatula and carefully flip the whole thing without breaking anything. Immediately baste. In a few minutes baste again. In a few minutes take off grill by flipping into a ceramic plate. Serve with green beans or shopped corn or even sweet peas Result is far better than any restaurant could do. No one can beat this way.
I bake salmon steaks, covered in an avocado oil-based, creamy salad dressing. It's AMAZING! I need to try this wonderful recipe, as well! [I'll not remove the healthy skin, though. That's full of vital collagen and health fat.
The belly and top of the filet are full of heavy metals in the larger salmon. It's really not as healthy as perceived when you remember the heavy metals.
God forbid you tell us how much of anything to add, among similar crucial details you skipped over. Started the video thinking it was going to be useful, silly me.

YOU ARE NOW YOUR OWN RESTAURANT!!
Supermarket trashy cooking.
But standing the skin up like that makes it $30 more expensive.
I hate dill
I fucking hate dill
Farm raised crap is usually what you get in a restaurant.
I'll take my fresh caught eild saltwater.
You didn't make cuts on the skin ??
There is nobody who can convince me that this man is not a homosexual.

"if you've ever wondered why salmon is better in restaurants-"
I'm gonna have to stop you right there, it's not.
That looks amazing but you did way too much to it. Salmon is delicious without all of that. I miss PNW salmon so much. Less is more my guy.

Why take the skin off? One of my fave parts!!! Besides butter
Just made this. My 13 year old son loved it.
So….just cook it like you would cook a steak….assume you know how yo cook….and season like it should be seasoned….so just know what cooking is then?
Yuk poison in australia
Salmon tastes yucky no matter how you cook it IMO
You trying get rid of that fridge? I'll take it off your hands brother
I just buy it frozen. Toss it in the microwave for a few then enjoy.
Also better than any restaurant. 😊
