We set Lorenzo up with a whopping $412 worth of ingredients for his attempt at Frank’s pro recipe. Meanwhile, a modest $29 worth of ingredients was sent back the other way to be elevated into something gourmet by our esteemed pro.   1. Seems that if you want to make something expensive today, you don´t need to add caviar, or edible gold, or truffle, or none of that nonsense. Just add eggs

Dude that looks amazing those mushrooms ground up in that steak roll look absolutely delicious, oh my goodness that looks soooooooo effing amazing I feel like you should have added minced garlic and onions sauteed up in there, maybe some chives or leeks. Ughghg. Some seasoning that's not salt. And some panko as an absorbent to kind of firm up the filling. Absolutely delicious looking.

  5. The chef ingredients only added up to $150.15 without the steak. Are you telling me that tenderloin cost $261.85? I'm not buying it, something is missing here.
