Looks neat! but not something I would use. I just value a smooth workflow too much to consider this with its extra steps and clean up. Good video though! always appreciate seeing products no one really talks about.
Never seen this brewer before. It does seem kinda fun. I wonder if using a drip assist or melodrip would reduce fines migrations and avoid the clogging issue? But then I guess the taste profile might taste less interesting. For the filtering, my immediate thinking is maybe you could brew over a small v60, the base of the RS16 might be large enough? But I guess it might stall a lot, like a french press brew. Maybe actually brewing on top of the aeropress would make the workflow faster? lol

Filtrat through metal filter in Aeropress or nextlevelbrewer pulsar… never heard of it in Europe…

Dunno if it can work, but insert a filter cut to the right size in the Consulate RS16 brewer.
Probably the drawn down will be slower, but one step less.
