  5. Firstly, why didn't you grill the bun? Second, I would put the Russian dressing directly on the brat, then the kraut, then the CB& cheese on top.

  6. Cooking down the Sauer Kraut is definitely the way to go! German Sauer Kraut has always been cooked down, after draining off the Brine. Why Americans eat it, right out of the Jar, I’ll never understand…
    An excellent Combination! I can taste that explosion of Flavor…
